If it can be made in our workshop, we will investigate and get back to you. As for the cost estimate, we can only provide an approximation since the total cost is based on the weight of the finished product, which is only known after the design is complete.
Due to a process known as oxidisation, silver tarnishes naturally. There are two ways to handle this: first, by storing the decorations in airtight pouches to minimise oxidation, and second, by gently polishing with a soft, dry cotton cloth. Remember to dry off after cleaning, then repack the items in airtight bags.
Yes, one benefit of making our own jewellery is that we can fix any item of jewellery.
Please be aware that we only provide this service in our store in Secunderabad, and that the jewellery must be personally delivered there. For clients who live outside of the area or who are unable to visit the store, we do not provide this service.
Our staff needs to evaluate your product to see if it can be fixed, and they will discuss the costs right away. A week is the bare minimum required for all repairs. We evaluate each repair request individually before determining the cost.
